• New Integration Partnership for PCRs: Black Knight is our new fulfillment partner for Property Condition Reports (PCRs)! Using Black Knight’s robust database, Appraisal FirewallX is enhancing how we can offer greater accuracy & reliability for your valuation needs. If your clients utilize PCRs and/or AVMs in their business offerings today but are not set up for access within Appraisal FirewallX, please contact us to inquire about expanding these additional product offerings to your clients.
• Enhanced Borrower Terms Document: Borrower Terms document includes details on when borrowers receive their ROV disclosure and is now available to be returned via EPC.
• ROVs Added to Appraiser Performance Report: Reconsideration of Values (ROVs) are now part of the Appraiser Performance Report. Easily track the number of ROVs across all orders, products, and individual appraiser work.
