Enhancements for Providers


SharperLending is releasing new enhancements Friday, February 7, 2025. This release focuses on bringing Provider-level billing features into XOLX, simplifying the file assignment process, updating how the applicant snapshot information within a file is displayed, and an enhanced management report.

Release Notes

  • Simplified File Management Workflow: Effortlessly unassign full files and/or supplements directly from the main dashboard or within a file. Automatically triggers the file to be placed back into the Get Next queue.
  • Increased Snapshot Display of Applicant Information: View full applicant(s) SSN & address in the file title header via our new View icon to verify data for expedient processing. By default, this information is hidden for compliance purposes.
  • Billing Setup Migrated from XOP: Configure invoicing formats and downloads directly within XOLX. Providers can create, format, and generate billing files in a fully customizable manner.
  • Enhanced Management Reporting: Updated the Reports by City/State via Additional Reports to include City, State, and Reference Number to easily identify the locations where files were pulled.
