February 2025 Release Notes

Get ready for an exciting 2025 with Appraisal FirewallX! Our first enhancements release of the year is launching Friday, February 14, 2025! In this release, we are refining additional Reconsideration of Value (ROV) logistics for lenders and borrowers, customizable VerisiteX no-hit outputs, trigger value-based Manual Review processing, and a refreshed appraisers’ dashboard view. Release Notes

• Suppress Borrower ROV Submissions: Prevent borrowers from supplying their own ROVs directly through the platform via the new Restrict Borrower Request for ROV setting. Our application will follow your existing ROV protocols, ensuring a smooth & compliant process.
• Mobile-Friendly ROV Page: Borrowers can conveniently supply their ROV recommendations directly from the Property Documents email from any mobile device.
• New Value-Based Manual Review Option: Trigger Manual Review when the appraised value exceeds the estimated value/sales price. Ensures QC teams can thoroughly review the appraisal report before borrowers receive their appraisal copy.
• Prevent Report Delivery on VerisiteX No-Hits: Configure Verisite Collateral DataX and Verisite PlusX to stop report generation when the valuation returns a no-hit. Capture the error in the Communications Log to understand why a value was unfulfilled.
• Refreshed Appraiser Dashboard: Appraisers will enjoy a cleaner, more efficient view with only active orders displayed in the Pipeline list. Done and Cancelled orders have been moved to the Completed widget.
