Upcoming Changes to
Freddie Mac LPA & Loan Quality Advisor
Credit Report Format Requirements
Freddie Mac has informed SharperLending that it will require any credit data submitted to Loan Product Advisor® (LPA®) and Loan Quality Advisor® include the TransUnion PP11 (82 months) payment pattern segment. SharperLending can accommodate the PP11 segment today.
This change applies only to the raw credit report format from TransUnion. Freddie Mac is not requiring changes to the XML, DAT, TXT or PDF versions of the merged credit report.
Our team will inform you when to begin this request with TransUnion, as SharperLending is currently testing these changes with Freddie Mac. Once we inform you to begin requesting these changes, please work with your TransUnion representative to update existing subscriber codes for your customers to add this new segment for credit data submitted to LPA and Loan Quality Advisor.
TransUnion FFR 4.0 format must be set up to receive TU Credit Vision with service code 07225 – Credit Vision Account History with segments AP11, PP11, AH11.
