XOLX offers a fully interactive Support Widget where users can easily access related guides and/or articles to learn more about features and functions. This widget exists on all of XOLX's webpages, making it convenient for use.

Search Help Center Content

To access the Support Widget, select the Need Help? feature located at the bottom right of any XOLX webpage. 

The widget panel will automatically open with a search option, pre-loaded Suggested Articles, and the ability to contact our support team directly.  

Utilize the Search For Help field to locate the relevant information. The Back button will direct users to the previous page. Enter key words or phrases to narrow the results. Any matching articles will be listed. Select the desired article. 

The entire content of the article will be available within the widget panel. Quickly find the information you are looking for without leaving the page. Users that prefer the full webpage version of the article itself can utilize the pop-out icon, directing them to the correlating page. 

Contact Us

If additional assistance is needed, users can access the Contact Us section within the Support Widget. Fill out all the required fields, take screenshots (if necessary), and upload up to five (5) files (if necessary). When ready, select the Submit Ticket button. 

This feature will generate a support ticket to our Customer Support team, including all the information the user provided, which will allow our team to quickly review the inquiry. All communication, tracking, etc. will continue to reside in our ticketing system.
