Encompass® Partner Connect permits credentials to be stored for Providers, so at the time of launching services and choosing SharperLending TRV as the vendor, users are directed instantly to SharperLending's EPN interface without needing to login. Follow these instructions to store your TRV credentials via EPC.
1. From the Services Management overview list, find SharperLending TRV. Select the vertical ellipses and choose Credentials. 
2. Any users already added will be shown here. To add a new user’s credentials to store, Add. 
3. On the Add User Credentials page, complete all required fields, and SAVE. Please note: the email address and password MUST match the user’s credentials in SharperLending's EPN platform to link the accounts.
