SharperLending's TRV Product
Available in Encompass® Partner Connect


Our team has been working meticulously on upgrading SharperLending’s TRV ordering capabilities to the newest version of Encompass® Partner Connect by ICE Mortgage Technology® Inc. This enhanced integration will be available in both Encompass Smart Client and Encompass Partner Connect (EPC).

EPC is the new web-based version of Encompass, which provides greater accessibility on various mobile devices, remaining secure and compliant, while offering more functionality that will optimize the SharperLending TRV - Encompass interface experience.

SharperLending’s TRV interface with EPC, pending an upcoming Encompass release, will provide enhanced efficiency and performance, such as:
  • Automated Document Retrieval: Transcripts and other documents will automatically be imported to the eFolder without manual retrieval.
  • Add Accesses to Existing Loan Files: Place additional TRV requests on existing loan files to easily track and manage orders within the same file.
  • Effortlessly Attach Completed ESignature Forms: 4506 & Audit Docs are automatically parsed and organized the moment you upload an ESign file.
