The SharperLending TRV integration with Encompass® is configured to automatically push documents back into Encompass once the TRV order reaches a ‘Done’ status. These documents will be directed to the Verifications document folder. Below is an example how that is specified within the Services Management section.
1. Open the existing Encompass loan file that you want to access the documents.
2. Select Documents from the navigation menu.
3. Expand Document Folders. Documents are automatically retrieved from SharperLending's EPN platform into the Encompass Verifications folder upon the order reaching completion.
4. To view your transcripts, expand the Verifications document eFolder. The Attachments column will reflect how many documents are available in that specific folder. Documents can be found under the Attached Files section.
5. Click on any of the documents under the Attached Files section to view the contents of the document. The document will show on the right of the screen. Choose View Original if you want to see the full document in its original form.
