SharperLending's TRV ordering process offers an array of automation when it comes to managing and tracking your TRV requests. Sending messages to the Vendor or Customer Service, reviewing access statuses, adding/editing user notifications can all be performed from SharperLending's EPN platform via the Encompass® integration. The following sections explain how to perform various actions without leaving Encompass.

Sending a Message
Should it be warranted to send a message on the TRV access, follow these instructions.
1. Open the loan file that contains the TRV request you need to send or reply to a message on.
2. Select Services and then All Services. Expand SharperLending TRV. Locate the Verification product. Use the pop-out icon.
3. This will launch the user directly into the TRV order. Go to the Products section and expand the TRV access. Select the Communications tab.
4. Select the + icon to create a new message.
5. By default, To: Vendor will be the recipient. Utilize the dropdown menu to choose Customer Service (if necessary). Note: Customer Service messages will be directed to the Manager that oversees the account. Compose your message in the New Message field and add any attachments via the +Attachment or Drag File(s) Here fields. Once complete, select Send Message. Messages will automatically be shown on the Communication log.
Checking or Receiving Status Updates
Users can check the status of the TRV order while working in EPC by expanding the TRV access. Under the Status heading, the order will reflect where the request is in the workflow process.
Add/Edit Email Notifications
Adding or editing users that should receive email notifications on the TRV order can be accomplished via the Users tab.
By default, the user that created the access will be listed. To add/edit users, select Edit Email Notifications.
Click in the Email Notifications field to view a list of any existing users that may need to be added to the TRV access. The list of users will filter according to their attachment to the branch the TRV request was placed. Select Save to commit the changes or Cancel to return to the previous screen. To remove a user, select the 'X' icon at the end of the user's email address.
