SharperLending is releasing new enhancements to XOLX Friday, October 24, 2025. In this release, our integration with FICO^®’s Mortgage Score Simulator is live! We are also releasing updated Setup configurations and incorporated filters into the Supplements tab. These continued improvements push XOLX increasingly closer to assembling every facet of XOP’s Provider management abilities.

Release Notes

• FICO^® Mortgage Score Simulator Tool: Run FICO^®’s scoring simulations for applicants within a file directly from XOLX or from the credit report. Allows clients to offer their borrowers a wider array of loan options. Contact Matt Brannon (Matt.Brannon@SharperLending.com) to start offering this!

• Get Notified on SSN Mismatches: Receive SSN Mismatch Service notifications when at least one bureau has a mismatched borrower SSN. When triggered, the report is withheld from the client, pending further review by the Provider.

• Store UDN Credentials per Bureau: Store and manage UDN credentials at the Provider and Client levels for all three bureaus, without SharperLending Customer Support involvement.

• Filters Applied to Supplements Tab: New filter feature which shows updaters/processors exactly what to work on within the Supplements tab.
