November 2025 Release Notes

Our November 2025 enhancements release includes new dashboard display customization options for borrower activities, additional notification timers, and the expansion of Encompass Partner Connect ^® (EPC) document mapping. These new features are available Friday, November 14, 2025. Check out the Release Notes below for all the details!

Release Notes

• Display Appraisal Viewed by Borrower Date: Dashboard customization includes Date Borrower Viewed Appraisal, so clients can quickly reference when the borrower has accessed their appraisal report.  
• Monitor Borrower Report Acceptance Activities Sooner: Lenders are notified when borrowers do not view their appraisal report within the first 24 hours of report delivery. 48-hour notifications have been retained to ensure compliance protocols are met.  
• Expanded EPC Custom Doc Mapping: Verisite Collateral Data now available for EPC custom document mapping retrieval.
• Extension of Order 2^nd Field Mapping: Appraisals placed via Order 2^nd in EPC now map the Appraisal Fee (NEWHUD2.X9) and Appraisal Company (NEWHUD2.X8) to their respective fields.
