SharperLending is thrilled to announce that we will be delivering Equifax®’s The Work Number Report Indicator (TWN RI) product to you in the coming weeks. This product delivers an at-a-glance snapshot to your clients whether the borrower and/or co-borrower are found within The Work Number's (TWN) databases. Results of HIT or NO HIT will instantly inform your client whether they should proceed with a TWN order or not. 

Additionally, TWN RI is delivered directly within the credit report! Clients will receive this data, plus their traditional credit report from you, consolidating this information within a single report. 

Our team is preparing to release this feature in April 2026. NOTE: Additional credentials will be required between CRAs and Equifax to offer this product.

Equifax will require a new set of CRA credentials assigned to you for this product offering. Credentials will be assigned by Client ID to each of your clients wanting to receive this new feature. 

Please reach out to your Equifax representative to start the process of acquiring your new credentials, ensuring you are ready day one of this offering.
