Our Email Marketing and Bulletin Service Experienced an Outage
We wanted to take a moment and let you know that our email and bulletin service provider, Mailchimp, experienced an outage today that drastically delayed our ability to notify you about an XpertOnline issue.
This is why many of you received a bulletin this afternoon notifying you of an issue with the XpertOnline client side that occurred much earlier this morning on 4/14/2026, from approximately 8:20am Pacific until 10:25am Pacific.
We have had a number of you reach out about the strangely timed bulletins today, and wanted to clear up any confusion: we attempted to send you all notifications about service interruptions and restoration this morning, but it appears our Mailchimp email bulletin service was down, and once it came back up, our bulletins were sent automatically.
We apologize for any confusion this may have caused. Rest assured that all systems are now operating normally.
