SharperLending is releasing new enhancements to XOLX Friday, June 5, 2026. This release focuses on expanded Equifax® reporting options, updated management report features, and client edits within a report! With each update, we are driving XOLX toward fully incorporating the extensive provider‑management capabilities you rely on in XOP.

  • Unlock Expanded Credit Data with Equifax®’s NCTUE Information: Prepare for Freddie Mac’s upcoming credit data requirement with Equifax®’s Telecom/Utilities Exchange (NCTUE) data for applicants who have minimal credit history. Enable this option within your bureau codes – consolidating & presenting insights directly within the PDF Lender Report.   • More Transparency on Closed Loans Management Report: Made an enhancement to the Client Billing-Closed Loans management report to include Original Price, Closed Loan Price, and overall Total of Closed Loan Fee for a quick snapshot of the line-item expense breakdown of the report.
  • Modify Client Instructions: Conveniently apply edits to Client Instructions within a file, without the necessity to navigate to the Client Setup screen.
