Our team was made aware that blank fields were returning to Encompass^® when orders reached a completed status earlier today. This matter was prioritized and resolved as of 11AM PT. Clients should see the proper data reflected in their Encompass^® fields. NOTE: this issue only occurred on orders originating in Encompass^®. If your clients utilize a different LOS, those orders were not affected.
