Encompass® LOS Issues Reported

Credit Liability Imports Causing Errors with
SharperLending-Encompass Interface

SharperLending has received communications that the LOS integration between Encompass® and XpertOnline is experiencing issues with importing liabilities.

We have met with our Encompass® reps who have indicated that they are aware of the issue and are working with us to identify the best path forward.

It appears that issues with importing liabilities were introduced in a recent Encompass® deployment. SharperLending is testing the integration now to narrow down possible weak points to assist our counterparts at Encompass in any way that we can.

As your clients experience liability importing issues, we continue to encourage you and your clients to create tech support case numbers with Encompass® so that we can all be aware of this situation. You may reach out to our Technical Support team at Tickets@SharperLending.com to report issues.

While we do not have more concrete information at this time, we wanted to keep you informed that we are proactively monitoring this situation and ready to do whatever we can to expedite a resolution.
