PDF Security Updates
Beginning Wednesday, September 30, 2026, Appraisal Firewall will be applying security updates to how the platform handles PDF uploads. Users may experience a, "Failed to upload" error during the PDF upload process. If users experience this error when attempting to upload a PDF, take the following steps:
- Re-print the original PDF that returns the error through the operating system's Print to PDF option
- Specific to Appraisers - verify they are using the most current version of their forms software
- Upload the regenerated PDF to the order
- If the error persists, contact AppraisalFirewall@SharperLending.com
